Conditions of use

  1. Up to paper size A4 (letter), you may print the pictures yourself at home. Larger sizes, from A3 to A0, may be printed by a printing service such as Copycorner or similar.
  2. The license for a purchased photo always applies to a single printout. If you want to distribute the photo, an appropriate license must be obtained from the photographer.

Right of return

Purchased photos cannot be returned.

Image rights and privacy

  1. Image rights must be observed under any circumstances. Photos taken by another photographer may neither be distributed nor copied.
  2. The privacy of depicted persons must be respected. Photos with depicted persons may only be published with their permission.

Image contents

No photos with pornographic content may be managed in DropFoto.ch, neither is it permitted to share other images with illegal content. The customer is liable for his/her published images. DropFoto.ch reserves the right to delete images with illegal content without further notice.

Disclaimer

  1. In DropFoto.ch the pictures are saved daily, and an external safe of the backup is made once a week. While programming, great importance is attached to reliable functioning. Nevertheless, DropFoto.ch disclaim all liabilities for damages and consequential damages (including negligence).
  2. The designations of the pictures only serve to quickly retrieve the photos and are not guaranteed to be correct.

All modules of DropFoto.ch have been developed in-house by DropNet AG. All rights, including trademark rights, are property of DropNet AG and may only be used with their explicit permission.

Monitoring of user activity

DropFoto.ch have the right to record user activities to optimise their software. This record may be used for internal purposes only.

Governing law and local jurisdiction

  1. The above-mentioned provisions are subject to Swiss substantive law.
  2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Münchenstein.
  3. Any agreements or subsidiary agreements not in compliance with the provisions of these service terms require written confirmation.
